2008 ACCELERATED LEADERSHIP PROGRAM (ALP 1 & 2)

Learn Master's level, cutting edge behavioral change, leadership and organizational development methods and interventions. Learn to lead employees in a way that maximizes business results.

ALPs 1 & 2 are intensive three module programs combining cutting edge knowledge about leadership and human behavior with powerful personal insights and skill building. Lead Faculty Robert P. The ALP curriculum builds on these renowned graduate programs and offers a unique learning opportunity to work with one of the masters. ALP1 is a 3 week leadership development journey. ALP2 runs concurrent with ALP1, allowing the ALP2 students to take a lead role with the ALP1 students, deeply enhancing the development of both.

Participants will increase Emotional and Organizational Intelligence and learn new methods and interventions to lead and manage more effectively. With faculty coaching, participants will apply their new learnings to current work situations.
