Your Pathways to Change coach is an objective partner who helps you:

  • Develop effective strategies towards achieving your goals

Pathways to Change Coaching sessions:
  • Either in-person (Issaquah, Sammamish or Redmond, WA) or telephone (or in combination)
  • Additional email support
  • Coaching sessions usually take place several times per month over an extended period of time, ranging from three to twelve months.

  1. An initial intake or "get acquainted" session
